Bill Stone
Bill Stone serves as the Director of Operations and Business Development at Scowt Recruiting, where he leads the firm’s growth strategy and oversees operations to ensure clients receive high-quality, scalable recruiting solutions. With more than a decade of leadership experience in asset management, consulting, and real estate investment, Bill brings an entrepreneurial approach to building systems and partnerships that support fast-growing organizations. Before joining Scowt, Bill spent over 10 years developing and managing real estate portfolios at JWHS Holdings and later founded both Exitos Capital, a real estate investment firm, and Conundrum Management Consulting, where he advised companies on operational efficiency and growth strategy.
